Brew Mobile Plugin (for TC) 0.2.0

First beta version of Total Commander Plugin. Supported functions are copying (and of course moving), deleting files and removing directories and making new directories in Brew. Installation has to be done thru Settings menu (WFX). Then you have to right click > properties and set the Brew port. Then you can double click and see the file tree. Note that this is the first alpha version, there is still a lot to be done. Take is as that I am working on it
